The black lady employee that works Tuesday night about 10:00 p.m. and possibly all the employees from my observations seem to be a little bit nicer to you if you're a customer but if you're a food courier they seem to be a little bit more lax on hospitality and providing genuine wholesome service with a smile. Although I didn't see anybody provide any genuine wholesome service with a smile to anybody. The ambiance feels cold and disconnected in a little bit scary.

Serving peanuts for free began as a way for people to pass the time while they waited for us to cook up their meals (way back in the day, before smartphones). It was such a hit, and has become such a Five Guys tradition, that we keep our stores stocked with peanuts to this day.
