My wife and I traveled to Chicago to visit her parents during a bitterly cold weekend. The Emporium Arcade Bar ended up being our proverbial port in the storm and I'm so glad we visited.
Tom greeted us warmly upon arriving, as did the bar due to the heat being cranked up. I can't tell you how much we appreciated getting out of that single digit degree cold.
Behind the bar, Andy whipped up multiple drinks for us, all of which were great. The conversation was lively and I really enjoyed chatting about various topics.
On the games front, they have multiple pinball machines, lots of classic arcade cabinets, skee-ball, air hockey, foosball... It'd be hard not to find something to sink tokens into.
Thank you Emporium Arcade Bar for making what could have been a miserable outing into something memorable. I hope to be back next time I'm in Chicago!

This Emporium may be the smallest of the Chicago locations, but that definitely doesn’t mean it’s a bad spot! We actually had an amazing time here! While I personally rank Logan Square first (for it's size) and Wicker Park second, this Fulton Market location comes in last mainly due to its smaller size and how crowded the West Loop can get, not because of the experience itself!
We booked a table reservation for a Saturday night, and everything went incredibly well. The manager was welcoming and quickly showed us to our reserved tables, even providing a bucket of free game coins, which was a great touch! The entire staff was attentive and made sure my friends and I were taken care of throughout the night :)
Although the space is more condensed compared to other Emporium locations, there’s still a solid selection of games, and the atmosphere is lively and fun. The vibes are great, and the drinks were just as good. While they don’t serve food, you’re welcome to bring food in from nearby spots, just note that they don’t provide plates or silverware.
Overall, I still highly recommend this location. I love Emporium in general and always have a great time at all of their bars, and this one was no exception despite being smaller! If you’re in the West Loop and want a fun, energetic arcade bar experience, this spot definitely delivers!!!

Terrible place to come with your friends. Really small and limited games. I went with a group of friends & really wanted to play pool but two groups of people kept hogging each pool table and there was only two. The drinks were horrible and over pieced. Again super small and not worth your time. Parking also sucks. Can never find parking.
