- SLSunil Lakhani2 days ago1.0Got here at 4pm with 5 people. We were at a high top at the bar area. Around 5:30 the manger comes and tells us it’s reserved and says someone must of told you. No one did. The bartender even said it’s not our fault. The manager kept staring at us and made us so uncomfortable we left. No apology nothing.

Encontramos este lugar y nos salvó la noche . Yo me pedí fish and chips que estaba muy bueno y mi novio una hamburguesa que le encantó .El ambiente del lugar está muy agradable, Gracias por hacer nuestra noche especial. Loved the vibe and all the photos/memorobelia. Anna was waiting with my order when I returned. It was all about fried pickles and they were delicious, especially after a long cold day of exploring Chicago.

She gave us a few food recs which were all amazing. Our server Cici was great, super quick and made sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely be coming back.
- PJPaul JohnsonFeb 11, 20265.0I've visited most outposts of Elephant & Castle, and this is not just the best location in Chicago, but perhaps the best outside the British Isles. As a longtime Chicago resident, this place strikes me more as a neighborhood haunt than a tourist trap, which is SUCH a breath of fresh air. The food options are numerous, consistent in quality, and quick to arrive. The beer selections are excellent, including my personal Scottish favourite, Belhavn, and the bar staff, particularly KIM and Malique, are attentive, knowledgeable, and warm. As an office worker in the Loop area, I can't recommend this E&C location more, especially after a long day of work.
