Upon entry, I noticed open seating, various diners enjoying their bagel and coffee meals, and a team of friendly, welcoming and communicative staff. Literally, the whole package was right in front of me - 5 star! My order was taken by a pleasant female staff. As I mentioned earlier, staff communicated and made sure my order was on point (ie no dressing of any kind, lightly toasted bagels, chips on side, cream cheese, etc). I saw team effort. I also saw staff that appeared warm, friendly and familiar with most of their customers. Lots of, "Hellos, goodbyes, haven seen you in a while ..." was often used by staff. Nice to see and hear. My order was out in no time. Food, as always, was delicious. Recommend 👍🏼
