- KCK. C.Oct 26, 20251.0Pretty abysmal. As someone from New England who has a Dunkin on every corner, I am a frequent customer to many locations, this one is pretty awful. We walked from McCormick place and there are no seats or seating… it’s a standing room only. The drive-thru line goes into the roadway - and the staff took a while to get to us, with one person in the store ahead of us. It was pretty busy, but when I went to order the woman barked at me that “no food” indicating they didn’t have the ability to make food due to the high demand of cars in the drive thru. When I went to pay she overcharged me grossly, it ended up coming to 16 dollars for a small latte and muffin, when I questioned her about it she didn’t speak English and got argumentative about giving me my money back. After about 5 minutes of her angrily tapping the kiosk trying to figure out what she’s doing, she gave me the cash back and I left.

Some called when they have rush wanted to talk to every person working..They don’t know what they are doing except for one lady . If it like this , place gonna be out of business if though its a chain. It took me 35 min to get one coffee and sandwich.
