- NCNova Casanova5 days ago1.0I stop for two coffees no cream no sugar , get to window my coffees had extra cream and sugar!, politely said I ask no cream no sugar she takes them bk asked the goofy person making the coffee no cream no sugar they had the nerve to tell me they don’t have cream or sugar LOL!! I said look my coffees is black why you guys don’t understand??? Again she gives them to the goofy making the coffee, she then turns around dropped half the coffee and puts more black coffee on top!?? I have diabetes this goofy dunking donuts are just goofy like they don’t understand any instructions please move to the next cause this special people here will make you lose it..

The staff member (the young guy working around 6 PM) was extremely rude and showed racist behavior. I expected much better service from a brand like Dunkin’, but this experience was very disappointing. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses how their employees treat customers, because this kind of attitude ruins the store’s reputation.
