- MCM CS5 days ago1.0Extremely rude staff today @5:50pm. I ordered a drink that did not taste right, so I politely asked for a different drink, and the employee told me no & that he doesn’t understand what I don’t like about the drink they made. He was extremely rude and I asked him if he had a bad day because his attitude was uncalled for. There were no other customers, maybe this is why. They could have made a different drink. They just didn’t want to.. at that point, why are you working? I live up the street from this location, I don’t get the reason for being rude when I come here somewhat frequently. One of the staff was a large bodied, thin legged man with a strange mustache, and the other was skinny with a bowl cut. The skinny one walked off to avoid conversation and the big one was the main rude one. He said his name was Chris.. doubt that.

- DDDana DaneDec 5, 20251.0I have given this location so many chances, the heavy set young man with the mustache Enrique every time I come in there, he acts like I’m annoying him. I mean, Just.has no customer service and it’s annoying. Everytime I come in there, he messes up my order, not only that I asked him if he could ask the young man to move out front of the door with his dog and he wouldn’t told me he could do nothing about that. I will not visit this location again! DONE!!!

- DIDanies InterludeSep 12, 20251.0Whoever the manager was today at around 6 did not do her job properly my order was incorrect she gave attitude and tried to close the shop way before they were supposed to legally be closed she gave me attitude the entire time I was in the shop and when I realized my order was incorrect and tried to go back in the shop she locked the doors and mind you they wasn’t supposed to be closed yet still . She didn’t have time to fix my order while she was still on the clock but managed to fix herself a giant iced coffee while the store was still supposed to be open .
