    I want to share my concerns about my recent experience with customer service at this location. I ordered an iced cookie butter cloud latte, but received a hot version instead. When I pointed out the mistake, I noticed the cashier expressed frustration to her coworker. As a result, I ended up with a plain latte instead of my original order. I believe staff must manage such situations with professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction, especially since customers are paying for their food and drinks.

    Good food but terrible customer service. The girls from the morning shift always get my orders wrong and they’re always missing items. I’ve easily been charged over a $100 in items I never got. Do they do it on purpose? idk but it makes you wonder…

    This is the only business I’ve ever visited where every visit is a screw up. I’ve been there 4 times total since they opened for this reason. Missing items is a common occurrence even when you’re the only person in the lobby. Consider going 7 minutes further north on western and you’ll find a Dunkin on archer with employees who know what they’re doing. Whoever owns this location needs to do a better job hiring.
