- PPphallon paytonNov 16, 20251.0Well I didn't dine in or take out but I came in the store to grab N Apple fritter and some other donuts the young lady was waiting on two teens I waited about 2min and then a lady came in walk right in front of me and she ask her can she take her order I said wow go ahead and make your order the lady that walked in said oh I'm sorry for jumping in front of you and you can make your order and the young lady the register totally ignored me and kept talking to the lady so I just walked out and to be honest I love Dunkin donuts Breakfast and everything else there but I won't be back for a while
- HMHector MaldonadoNov 14, 20251.0Came to buy 3 coffee and the person in the drive through window was unprofessional and don’t speak very good English also was on the phone with someone else while we were ordering on the same time 3 times already very upset with my purchases and waste of time and saying the price wrong also keeps saying $08.32 wasn’t the price he was a Hindu person I think but he was very very rude and unprofessional and with he’s service will not come to this location that’s much get better service at 26th and Kedzie I’m very very disappointed with our service and he put too much ice in our coffees and too much surger also
- MMMalibuNov 5, 20251.0Everytime I come there the lobby doors are locked. If I walk up to the drive-thru windows there is no one coming to the drive-thru window to assist me with my order so I end up walking away. If they make the lights in there any brighter my vision may turn blood shot red.

- IHIt's HerNov 4, 20251.0The staff is hard working & professional. BUT this is the only location where the convenience of a mobile order is a 25 minute wait after you've arrived at the store. Simply because they'll make the order but hold it behind the counter with the names facing them. You'll have to wait for them to clear the entire lobby and drive thru (out onto the street) before they hand you your mobile order. They refuse to use the mobile station and I dont want to be rude by reaching over the counter & touching several cup just to read the names on the orders. I thought mobile ordering was suppose to be quick & convenient.
