She always makes excellent coffee — it’s perfect every single time. You can tell she truly cares about what she does. Not only is she great at making drinks, but her good nature and positive behavior really stand out. She’s always friendly, welcoming, and starts my day on such a positive note. It honestly makes a big difference. I truly hope she’s always at the counter whenever I come in because she’s such a sweet lady and a true asset to Dunkin. She deserves all the appreciation!
