Ordered large coffee heavy cream heavy sugar for my husband and the guy said “we don’t have heavy cream”. I said 5 cream & 5 sugar - not difficult as this is the way we’ve been ordering at ALL other DD’s. Got to the gate and he took a sip. On the tag he put light cream heavy sugar!!! C’mon really!! Terrible - train your staff that take coffee orders to do it right!! Geez-
