  I have come here quite a few times for breakfast and I can tryly say that the folks who run this Dunkin maneger are the best!!! They are super polite, very efficient, and always on time. There have been instances when I was running late and needed to get to work on time. I ordered from the app before I arrived and my food was always ready! They're rarely ever have lines to wait and great service. I highly recommend this place.

  Very very poor service I asked the guy large coffee cream and sugar easy and sugar then he give me a ice coffee The lady say no he don't drink this coffee he drink hot coffee so the storm manager say I'm the store manager and you told me you want to iced coffee and start arguing with me what's wrong with this guy he supposed to be the store manager know the guy who are fighting everybody very poor service

  The staff is polite,the orders come out fast ,and the place is always clean . The coffee taste great and really the day off right .

  I recently stoped by this Dunkin and I must say that I had a very pleasant experience. The person taking the order was very easy to talk to and very kind. I ordered a large hot coffee and two boston cream donuts; the service was very fast and my order was ready within 30 seconds. Also, the employess seemed very focused and were working diligently on each order.

  I absolutely love my neighborhood Dunkin' on West Peterson! It's become a regular part of my routine, and they never disappoint. The staff is incredibly friendly and always greets you with a smile, even during the busiest times. They're quick and efficient, so I'm never waiting long for my order, which is a huge plus when I'm rushing to work. What really sets this Dunkin' apart is the consistent quality. My coffee is always perfectly made, and the donuts are fresh and delicious. I especially appreciate that they keep the place clean and well-maintained.
