- AOAnonym OusDec 3, 20251.0This is the worst Dunkin’ location I’ve ever been to. The following scenario has happened at least half the times I’ve come here. I order one donut and a coffee ahead on the app, I place my order at least TEN MINUTES before I get there. Sometimes more than that. Most of the time when I get there, I can see my coffee is ready and sitting there for 10 minutes while I’m waiting for someone to get the ONE DONUT to complete my order. Why don’t they fulfill the whole order? It’s literally one donut. Seems inefficient to have customers waiting that long for one donut. What really bothers me is that customers who were coming into the store and ordering at the register were getting their donuts handed to them right away. I’m watching people go up to the register, order and receive entire dozens of donuts. While I’m waiting for ONE DONUT that I ordered 15 minutes ago. The last straw for me was when I got to work and opened my bag, and realized they gave me the wrong donut. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

I don't care about the $2.99 that I left for that item, but I can get something else to eat! I'm not going back to this location! If you can't sell donuts change the business... It's a shame!
