  I slipped on ice outside the entrance this morning and dropped my entire order. While the staff did replace the order, the response from management was extremely disappointing. I was told it was not their fault and that I should have been more careful, despite the ice clearly being present outside their door. There was no concern shown for my well-being, and the manager’s attitude was rude, dismissive, and entitled. At no point did anyone attempt to address the unsafe condition by salting the ice, even after the incident. It’s frustrating that customers—especially Black, loyal, frequent ones—are treated this way. Safety should be a priority, and basic empathy should not be optional. Please be cautious when entering or exiting this Dunkin’ Donuts during icy conditions. I will not be returning.

  Poor Experience 3rd and last time coming same results. Very poor management. My visit here was extremely disappointing. Two employees attempted to take my order at the same time, causing confusion from the start. I was unnecessarily charged for an extra cup just to have oat milk on the side. My iced coffee was served without ice, and they asked for the cup back to remake it, which felt very unsanitary. I never received my orange juice, and the muffin I was given was hard and looked mishandled. Overall, the service, quality, and cleanliness were unacceptable. I would not recommend this location.
