I've been to a lot of Dunkin's and sometimes the egg and cheese wake up wraps can be hit or miss. Cheese not melted, soggy tortilla, cold egg etc. The wake up wraps at this dunkin were perfectly warm, the cheese was melted and my plain bagel Bites were still warm when I bit into them. Perfection.
