At first we thought it was because she was the only one working, however we heard her laughing, talking with a coworker. She seemed perfectly fine then until a customer walked up to order. The smile disappeared, the body language changed and the look was one of "what?". First time here and last. How is everything in here sugary sweet except the service? Yuck

I didn't get her name but clearly she hates her job and needs to be replaced. Dunkin Donuts please retrain your managers.
