  The customer service here is good, but the food is clearly stale, just the bagel to my sandwich is extremely tough and hard to bite into

  Service went good and quick! Prices are pretty good! Great place to get coffee, hot chocolate, matcha and a donut on the way to work.

  There is one employee who goes above and beyond for that store. Her initial is S. Always kind and asks for details of the drinks (Hot, cold, sweet, etc.) However, I have encountered 3 times now other employees (seems the days she's not there) not following the protocols for PPE with Co-ViD which make me take my business else where in the area.

  Earlier this year my friend ordered a drink from here and the milk was spoiled in school she had food posioning and threw up for an hour in the bathroom till a security gaurd came out and took her she told me she was laying on the floor till someone came thats horrible please check your food and dates before serving people disgusting.

  This location exerts zero customer service or common sense from their employees. I visited this location like I usually do to get a coffee. Upon standing by the window, I could see an employee moping the floor. I waited a minute or so and then proceeded to knock. The kid continued to mop the floor. After waiting a couple more minutes I saw there was a whiteboard laying flat on their counter that read "closed". Rather than inform me so I didn't waste their or my time, the kid chose to ignore me. I should also add that the time was 3pm... I worked at a number of different coffee shops over the course of four years, never would I allow one of my employees to act as ignorant. I wouldn't recommend tipping if you choose to visit this location.
