He ordered his drink, and had to repeat his order like 3 times and when he pulled up to window, they got his order wrong. My husband told whoever was at the window it was the wrong order. Whoever was at the window insisted he take the drink and kept claiming that’s what was ordered. This is horrible customer service and behavior because how are you going to force someone to take something they obviously didn’t order!!!!
