I have ordered many sandwiches / wraps without cheese here and 90% of the time they has cheese. I often grab it when I am in a rush so I don't have time to check and have them re-make it in the restaurant. My coffee orders have been good.

There are other people in line before you," and told him to wait again — which wasn’t true, as he had been there before the others. When he asked again, she shouted, "This is my store. Get out!" She even canceled the order without notifying him, leaving him waiting and wasting his time.
