When I asked why was it taking so long for ONE large coffee the LADY making the orders indicated that she would get to my order soon. She then began working on a couples order who had just finished paying at the register indicating that the she was working on another customers order that came AFTER me again.
- RFrhani freeDec 4, 20252.0Second day I was served warm coffee. I asked for a hot coffee and it took them 15 minutes to get it to me. I was offered a Free but stale donut for the inconvenience. My breakfast sandwhich wasnt peoperly toasted. I ordered in advance to prevent the waste of time. Not to mention many of the customer exit the red line in a hurry headed to work so its not ideal to sit around waiting. They stand around talking while they have customers waiting.

I Ordered a cafe latte with oat milk and it honestly tastes like watery drip coffee. Not sure why this is because I’ve been to other Dunkin’s and their latte has been good.
