Would have given this store a 5 star but the woman working in the drive thru window was definitely irritated. I asked her if it was too late to order 10 more munchkins and she shouted “what?”, so I repeated myself. She just turned around, grabbed the box (irritably I must add) and handed it to me without saying anything. I drove away only to find out that the 10 extra donuts were not a mix, which is what I wanted, and was only one flavor. That lady needs a break.

Steer clear. They’ll make your stuff wrong then get mad when you correct them. Gave me freezing cold items that’s not suppose to be cold

The manager is a rude man. When you make a mistake it’s okay but once you’re being rude because someone politely called you out on it you don’t deserve to be a manager. 7am crew on a Wednesday. Someone needs to do something about him

Okay so I’m a very understanding person and understand that things sometime just happens, but one thing I cannot tolerate especially when I’m spending my money is someone being rude and disrespectful. every day I order the same things- different dunkin locations but the same things. Cookie butter cold brew and a snackin bacon. Now because I order these things daily and also from different locations, I know that the snackin bacon is served room temperature because of the maple sugar; it’s a safety hazard serving it hot. Cool. We know this. We have no problems with this policy. So Today I was served freezing cold bacon. Not only was the bacon cold the bag it came in was also very cold. Like it felt like the bag was sitting outside. Like no way the BAG is cold to the touch. There was maybe a 30 second wait. So I’m not sure where it was actually sitting prior to me even ordering for it to be that freezing cold. Now I didn’t check my bacon while at the store because there was a small mishap with my drink and my focus was getting the drink corrected ( took 30 seconds). And I also never ever received cold bacon it always had a little heat to eat or just room temp. Not cold. So I didn’t check until I pulled off from the driveway so I called the store and spoke with the very rude manager. This happened at 7:54 this morning. I just wanted to notify them that the bacon was freezing cold and before I could finish even speaking I was cut off and told “ ma’am it’s suppose to be room temperature “ . Before I was rudely cut off I was about to tell him that I’m aware of that room temperature policy and that this is beyond lower than room temperature unless you all are working inside of a huge refrigerator this is unacceptable. I didn’t want it remade I didn’t want a refund for 1 I was on the way to work. This is my breakfast. I just wanted them aware before someone came and made an review about it lol. Like I said before I understand things happen and misunderstandings happen. But to be rude to a paying customer when all they was trying to do was let you be aware of what’s been given to them and maybe you could correct the behavior or maybe GO CHECK and see for yourself. and reassure me as a manager that it would be taken care of or maybe offer me an alternative like saying sometimes u may need to ask for it to be warmed.(although years of getting it I’ve never had to ! ) You were rude with the first words you said to me. And I don’t appreciate that .!
