They filled my iced coffee with ice fully to the brim (past the ice line on the cup) and then loaded it with creamer. I watched them pour the coffee and I don't think I even got 4oz worth in my entire drink.

I asked to use the restroom before I ordered because I have been in treatment for some pretty severe health issues, and I was told it was "out of order", despite using it many times with the same sign when the previous night shift worker, Sonny, was here. Absolutely ridiculous that you place a fake out of order sign to discourage paying customers from using the restroom. Please fire the manager and night shift worker for this location, they're clearly incompetent and have a complete disregard for others.

Walked in with my husband and daughter and the man working looked like he was ready to go home. I jokingly said, "I need some food," with a smule on my face. The employee looked irritated from the start. I asked him why he looked so mean and he told me I could leave and that he refused service. We are visiting from Ohio. Needless to say, we never received any food. People who work in customer service should greet people with a smule and not look irritated that they had to be at work. I did not choose this place of employment for you!!! I sure hope this isn't his establishment bc corporate needs to be called.
