They get my order wrong literally EVERY TIME. Every single time. It has to be a joke at this point “let’s see how many time we can mess up peoples orders before the get mad”. I ordered two iced coffees, she only got one, and it was supposed to be French vanilla swirl… why’d she make it with pumpkin spice.. how’d she even get that? Every single time they have messed up every order. Yall need to get the microphone checked or something, because WHAT IS THE PROBLEM.

However, since then, it has become a persistent issue. I understand they can be busy or maybe it’s someone’s first day, but jeez, the workers don’t even bother trying to make the coffee right. It’s as if they throw it together and hand it out. So, if you’re going to get your coffee here, just know it probably won’t be that great 😂
