  I am beyond sick of the poor service and food quality of these establishment in minority neighborhoods. Why would you think its ok to give a customer a sandwich with a huge rat hole in the bread. I ordered through the app, attempted to make a complaint or request a refund as I am not eating this sandwich, not wasting time and gas to return. Customers might want to go inside and watch preparation and check your food before leaving. The pictures don't even capture the actual size of the hole in this bread, my computer mouse is underneath in the last pic for reference. I am thoroughly disgusted.

  They let you order on the App and charge you, but don't give you coffee blaming system is down!

  Me and my coworker drove thru last night 3-8-26 about 1am ,we ordered 2 coffee hot from drive thru , after driving away we tried the coffee and it was like water , this is not the first time Dunkin’ has given us water down coffee either , depends on the location and who is working. We were not satisfied as the coffee went to the bin. 🗑️.. what a waste . Disappointed because it was late and we really needed the coffee to help stay up.

  They sold me a iced drink and the chocolate foam was spoiled I didn't realize it until the foam diluted I got sick and threw up and looked at the drink and it had spoiled particles in it from the diluted foam,yes I got a refund but please be careful don't shop here,plus the foam is in reach where anyone can grab it and use it, I have been coming here for years and didn't have any incidents until this one,shop somewhere else outside of the neighborhood because you will be poisoned coming here

  They don’t have. A costumer service skills , they are so o professional and when I ask to use the restroom they say don’t have a restroom, why are you doing donkin donuts?????
