I understand people have bad days but the females in the second shift really have to fix their attitude. Honestly I am not the type of person to comment about service but if a customer is not being rude there's no reason why they should carry with the negativity of a worker. Today a girl got mad over 3 frozen coffees that an older lady asked for. Her negativity was so bad she slam the coffees and one of them fell down. I felt bad for the lady because she ended up waiting for a while and canceling her order .

- YBYuri BarronDec 5, 20251.0Who ever is working at this location at the register at 6:30am is a very rude and unprofessional person. Also the rest of them with no attention to the customers. I came in there was one customer at the register and I waiting to be the one next to be helped the lady in front left me talking to myself a few times. Others seen that I needed help and they ignored me. They are rude! When I told the lady I would leave a bad review she had an attitude and things to say. Didn’t care to help at all. I will never come here again. I truly hope things change I was going through a very hard morning and the way they treated me made me brake down. It was a horrible feeling to be ignored in need of help. I was asking questions and she would walk away.
