After I paid, Micki informed me she couldn’t fill my order because she is closing early. She said she thought I was ordering something cold or with ice (it’s 32 degrees in Chicago today). She said she’s not sorry and I can complain to customer service online.

Returned to the store and instead of giving me a new coffee, the guy took my cup w his bare hands after having used the register, and proceeded to open the lid, opened some sugar packets and added the sugar manually then handed the same lid and topped the cup. Yuck disgusting . I Threw it out instead. Cant trust this place with food.
