Just because my family was stuck at this airport multiples, being here over 13 hours times being delayed, United gave us vouchers to use which is our 1st time. She gave us an attitude. Working in the customer service field your suppose to help people. But with this lady didn’t have respect to help but to even yelled and gave attitude to my service.

Went back to tell them about it the gujrati lady didn’t believe and gave me a weird look, I felt so bad that I left the whole bagel on the counter and left. Even chai I ordered was cold and my wife had to ask the staff to warm it up a little. Never ever going there again. Rude employees no respect for customers.
