The atmosphere and washroom is impeccably clean, and it isn't terribly busy, so their isn't a long wait. However, I only have one complaint about one item: Their milkshakes. They add too much ice and water, and it isn't thick and tasty. It isn't exclusive to this particular location either. Many Dunkin locations make their milkshakes like this! Aside from that, all of their other products are good. This Dunkin is in the perfect location, and nice to visit after a long visit at Walmart or Boost when you need a coffee or snack for a quick pick me up afterwards.

Unfortunately it wasn't how I expected it. Person at the counter gave me attitude once I told her I wanted to use my points to get a free coffee. Yes she gave it to me but it was the worst coffee I've ever had. I've been a regular and tried to buy consistently to get my points. Very disappointed with everyone there since I always come to this location for them to treat me like this and for them to give me this type of service.
