    Subject: Formal Corporate Complaint – Unprofessional and Hostile Customer Service Dear Dunkin’ Corporate Customer Care Team, I am writing to formally submit a complaint regarding an unacceptable customer service experience I had today at the Dunkin’ location listed below. Order Number: 8028 Store Address: 825 W 47th St, Chicago, IL 60609 Upon arriving to pick up my order, it was prepared incorrectly. I calmly and respectfully notified the employee of the mistake. Unfortunately, instead of receiving assistance or a resolution, the employee responded in a rude, dismissive, and hostile manner. His conduct was unprofessional and intimidating, creating an uncomfortable environment. At no point did I raise my voice or act disrespectfully. Rather than correcting the error or offering a solution, the employee instructed me—very discourteously—to return the following day. Due to the employee’s behavior and lack of professionalism, I chose to leave the store to avoid further escalation. This type of conduct is unacceptable and does not align with the customer service standards expected from a brand such as Dunkin’. I respectfully request that this incident be reviewed, that appropriate training or corrective measures be taken, and that steps be implemented to ensure customers are treated with professionalism and respect.     Service was fantastic - everyone was eager to help with a smile and didn’t look like they wanted to die in the morning. My cashier was as festive as her nails were. The Indian guy who calls himself Harry Potter went hard making the best $6 Meal Deal I’ve ever had. Perfectly fresh sandwich. Great cheese to egg ratio. Someone in front of me in line actually experienced the same exceeding of expectations from her sandwich made by Harry too. The girls were super accommodating to make sure my coffee was perfect. I had like 100 questions. Why not 5 stars? Because it was FREEZING in there. It’s a 12 degree day and the heater was inside. Literally everyone in line actually brought it up as well. The poor workers were all shivering even though they were already bundled up as they served. I don’t know whose bright idea it was to keep the place so stupid cold. I almost went to a different spot upon entrance just because of that. I know it wasn’t anyone working in the store because they told me they had no jurisdiction over the temperature. They respectfully took responsibility though. If it weren’t for the workers being so hospitable and warm, literally other people were about to walk out too. I overheard other customers saying they were going to stay but left because the cold. And I’m from Minnesota too. So it’s not like I’m just easily cold. Also. In the back, one of the power sockets open don’t work. But besides the dumbest tone-deaf interior temperature decision made by whoever, it’s clean, hospitable, and good product here.

    Didn’t receive my 2nd or bagel minis, and asked for an extra shot of espresso and I asked if there was a shot because my iced latte looked like just cream, they said it was added but on the side of the cup there was nothing written for an extra shot espresso. Terrible service
