The staff is hard working and takes the time to get the order right. Management is very nice too and steps in whenever theres a rush. Always a pleasure going in.

She gave me bad service and started arguing with me about the price of a drink, then laughed when I pulled out my phone to compare prices. While I was there, another customer also complained that her croissant was too salty and asked for a fresh one, but the cashier refused to give her a replacement. The customer ended up not eating it and basically wasted her money. Terrible service. I’ll be switching to another Dunkin.
