  Bad location and theres a reason i avoid coming here unless im desperate. Bagels are always stiff and never fresh. Any breakfast* item is somehow always lukewarm. Every single donut i have ever gotten here always tastes off and any icing is always melting off in a bad way. Avoid

  I would give 0 stars if I could. The worst customer service I have ever witnessed. I got yelled at because someone else took my drink and there is almost no espresso in the latte.

  This location is empty for a reason, the baristas are extremely slow and have very little care for the quality of food. I got this sausage egg and cheese croissant at 9 am on a Thursday, aka peak time downtown. The sausage was dried out, burnt and inedible. The coffee tasted burnt. I could’ve gotten a cheaper one that tasted better across the st at 7/11. Also, the patrons stand and wait endlessly while the very slow baristas prioritize pick up orders. Not very covid friendly to have a full lobby.

  A man came in there without a mask on the cashier was quick to ask him very politely if he had a mask to put on. The man then threw a tantrum and rudely asked “Are you not going to serve me?!” the cashier stayed calm and said no I will not. He asked again “are you going to serve me” and again she said not if you don’t have a mask on. He left begrudgingly. The cashier handled that situation so swiftly & I’m grateful she enforced the mandatory mask rule — which probably isn’t easy. Wonderful service, thank you to that woman Better at enforcing the rules than the Chicago cops
