Unfortunately Lawrence and Pulaski DD has not been making my drinks well so this is my go to from now on. The staff here are very friendly, precise and generous. At first, I was nervous to order my usual drinks because I was so used to my old location, but over time this Dunkin’ became my new comfort place, my second home. I eventually stopped going to my old location altogether, even though it was a 20-minute drive, because this one simply felt right. In 2024, I truly got to know the employees, and they are nothing short of amazing. No matter the time of day, my drinks are always made perfectly, with the same great taste every single time. That kind of consistency and care is rare and speaks volumes about the people who work here. One employee who holds a very special place in my heart is Junayed. He speaks Arabic, which is one of the languages I speak, and that connection meant more to me than words can explain. He didn’t just feel like an employee—he felt like family. Honestly, every single person who works here is kind, genuine, and down-to-earth, and they always make me feel welcomed and seen. After the renovation, the space became even more beautiful and open, but what truly makes this place special isn’t the look, it’s the people. This Dunkin’ isn’t just another chain location; it’s warm, wholesome, and truly one of a kind. I’m so grateful for this place and the people who make it feel like home.
