They didn’t have my drink and wanted to convince me forcefully to get a different drink. Then they made my other drink wrong. When I called customer service, the dunkin called me back and said I was wrong. So rude! Spare yourself the headache and go to the one on Pershing

I almost had to pay OVER $8 for a large drink with light ice and when i asked about it all i got was "light ice fee" which doesnt make sense since my drink is like $5.60. He constantly argues me about how i cant have no ice and light ice is the only option. I went just a littl ago and ordered 2 small drinks, was charged over $12 and had over an inch missing from each drink. i despise this worker honestly he never listens to my order and consistsntly overcharges me.
