I was a loyal customer until I started realizing that they genuinely don’t want anyone’s service here. I came to the drive thru and the Indian guy kept insisting there weren’t any donuts left when I got to the window I can clearly see the donuts and they started laughing in my face the other Hispanic guy asked me to come in to get the donuts because he realized the other guy lied and was laughing at me

Unbelievable I will never return to this specific franchise Dunkin’ Donuts again!

He is rude, doesn’t listen, gets your order wrong every time and then gets an attitude when you tell him the orders wrong. I keep saying I’ll never go there again. This time for sure. Shut him and his business down. I don’t want to give him not 1 star.
