    Food it’s pretty mid after all it’s Dunkin. Go to a local coffee shop if you want something. It’s also gotten expensive

    Every time I visit this location, the staff is consistently rude and never serving hot food in the evenings. Today, November 6, 2025, at approximately 1:20 PM, I requested hot food and the drive-through employee immediately said, “No.” When I asked what he meant, he responded, “Cold coffee or hot,” with zero explanation or professionalism. Instead of telling customers “no,” staff should clearly communicate the issue so we actually understand what’s going on. If there are specific hours when hot food is unavailable, that needs to be posted in the drive-through where customers can see it. It’s beyond frustrating when you’re trying to grab something quick and get met with poor service and attitude instead. This is a repeated problem at this location, and the behavior is unacceptable

    Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever. Ordered some donuts for my family and when I get home THESE DONUTS WERE MELTED AND WATERY. DONT even look like donuts they look like a child made them at home. They look like a dog licked them. If I could give zero reviews I would. This place needs to immediately be taken down. Iced coffee was also disgusting. Doesn’t taste like coffee it tastes like milk with a weird after taste.
