The drive-thru speaker was very low, making it hard for me to hear the employee. I placed my order and stated I’m sorry I can not hear you. Literally the speaker was so low I had to put my head out the car to try to hear. When I reached the window, the staff member seemed frustrated and wasn’t very welcoming. I was holding out my card to pay and he was just looking at me and did not say one word. I said this is for the two matcha’s and he shook his head irritated and turned to the register. I was confused and in the end, drove off and decided not to complete my purchase. I hope they can improve their communication and customer service in the future. I would never spend my hard earned money at an establishment that lacks simple customer service.
