Yesterday morning I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Sissy. While she was helping me with my order, she repeatedly yelled in Spanish at the cashier for no apparent reason. It was loud, uncalled for, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere for everyone standing in line.
The girl with the black hair, who was the cashier being yelled at, handled the situation with impressive professionalism. Even while being spoken to so harshly, she stayed calm, kind, and focused on taking care of customers. She took my order with patience and respect, going out of her way to make sure everything was correct despite the tension around her.
The difference between the two employees’ attitudes was very noticeable. It’s disappointing to see a team member create unnecessary conflict, especially when another employee is doing everything right under pressure. I hope management takes this seriously, because customers—and especially hardworking staff—deserve a more respectful and supportive workplace environment.

I stopped by this Dunkin' during a busy rush, and honestly, I've never seen anything like it.
The line was practically out the door, and two girls behind the counter were scrambling to keep up-making drinks, running the register, dealing with mobile orders, the works. They were clearly doing their best under pressure.
Meanwhile, one employee (found out her name is Cecy) appears from the back and goes up front to the register and takes some orders and then disappeared again to the back.
Instead of helping the other two girl. Amazing job Cecy, most people can't disappear that fast during a rush.

This morning I had a disappointing experience with an employee named Sissy. While assisting me with my order, she was loudly yelling in Spanish at the cashier, who was actually being very kind and professional. When I politely asked Sissy for a cream on the side, she shouted “wait” at me. I waited until she finished disrespecting the cashier and asked again — and she practically threw the cream at me.
Sissy needs to respect her job and leave her anger at home. No customer should be met with that kind of attitude first thing in the morning, especially when the cashier was doing everything right and even apologized on her behalf.
Customer service matters, and this behavior is unacceptable. Its to early to have rude arguments in front of customers!

I am not the one to leave reviews but I have to say that this location’s customer service has really gone down hill. Coming to this Dunkin was actually a pleasant experience. I’m not sure if there have been staff changes recently at this location but on two separate occasions my partner and I have gone in here and left feeling as though the new staff are not very respectful and lacked professionalism.
The second time we entered into the store, there was no acknowledgment by anyone. We waited at the cash register for a minute or two as a cashier with glasses was fiddling around with something, not even bothering to look up at us or apologize to us for the wait. She didn’t greet us, was not friendly, and seemed like she had a chip on her shoulder or something. She barely even looked us in the eye when it came time to take our order. It was such an off putting experience as I’ve stated we come into this location quite often and had great customer service and experiences in the past. Maybe she was having a bad day or something. Idk. I won’t judge, but we didn’t make you sign up for the job.
I will not be returning to this location anymore. It sucks because it’s literally down the street from where I live. Maybe now it’s actually better to start supporting more local coffee shops in Pilsen that have better quality customer service and actually treat you like you matter.

I rarely go to this location because every time I do, I usually get weird vibes from the staff. I wanted to use the THANKYOUSPIDEY code for a free Iced Coffee, and it was the closest so I decided to go.
I ordered ahead, while in store, one large iced coffee as well as loaded hash browns. But instead of the page where I receive my receipt, I was prompted to do it again. Thinking that I must’ve not done it right the first time, I did it again and was prompted to the same screen a third time. After checking with my bank, I saw that I was charged twice, I asked the only male staff working today for help. He was perplexed because he saw the charges, saw that I placed it for the right location and saw that they didn’t have my order.
He called over two other female workers who were more crude and less helpful. One lady just went to random widgets on my app (even checked my badges earned?) while the other kept discussing me to her in Spanish and telling her what to say to me. A third female worker who was leaving, also chimed in to them in Spanish, and basically told them that it doesn’t matter if I paid and was charged twice, if I don’t have a receipt then they don’t have to give me anything and left. I asked if she was the manager and they said no. The previous two women basically said they couldn’t help me and to reach out to the app, and that they couldn’t refund me either.
The male worker was the only one who seemed to care to help and saw my situation was unfair. He attempted to call who I believe was the manager, but she was in a meeting. I walked 20mins to get there, waited over half an hour to be told to come back tomorrow with screen shots, and had to walk 20mins back without the free coffee that I came for.
In all I spent over an hour of my morning on something that should have been handled in 15mins tops. Told them I’ll just dispute the charges and they won’t have to worry about me being a customer again. 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!🤢
