I left confused, then went back to ask them to recheck their system. They initially said no orders were there, so I placed a new one. Later, I saw my original order slip print out, and after checking again, they found it. When I finally got the food, it was undercooked and not made properly possibly due to oven timing or poor preparation. This was completely unacceptable , I wasted time, had to argue just to get my original order found, and still ended up with subpar food.
