He told me "Have the bestest day ever" Ive came to this dunkin 2 consecutive days in the morning and he is always there with a smile. He deserves a raise! Idk his name, sadly. I think management had changed? Not entirely sure.

I usually order an iced coffee with light ice, yet my request keeps being ignored and the cup is filled about one-third with ice, forcing me to ask for a plastic spoon just to scoop it out. Today, I also found a long grayish-blonde hair in my drink and asked for it to be remade. I was told that because no one on shift has that hair color, they would not remake it. Great customer service skills, guys. I’m sure your profit margins are doing well by losing loyal, repeat customers.
