Charges extra for a water? Ludicrous. Anyway, saving grace was that my coffee was absolutely banger. Edited: I sat for an hour here and watched an interaction that made me lower the review. A gentleman came in with his disabled friend. They gave him a very gross looking hot drink and when he requested they remake it, they just changed the cup. He asked for a refund and they gave him issues about it. Yikes. Not returning here.
