I ordered online for pickup and when I got there 10 minutes later, my drink was not made. They were making drinks for folks who walked in after me before they made my drink. When they finally made it, the forgot the cold foam. Which I wouldn’t have cared about if I hadn’t paid and extra $0.85 for it
