When I arrived, **more than 80% of the donuts I ordered were unavailable**. While I understand that shortages can happen, the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. The staff told me they could not cancel the order and could not refund my money** back to my account. Instead, they tried to force me to choose other products that I did not want. None of the employees seemed to know how to process a refund or properly navigate the Dunkin’ app to help resolve the issue. I was left without the items I ordered and without a refund, which is extremely frustrating. A business should never charge customers for products they cannot provide and then refuse to refund them. I did not notice it until I was already driving on the highway, so I could not turn around. I called to see if they could refund it instead since I wasn’t able to turn around. The person asked me to hold while she spoke with someone about the situation. After about 1 minute they hung up. I tried calling back and no one would answer. This is so disappointing. Instead of telling me they couldn’t, which I would have accepted, they chose to avoid.
