  I ordered a large cookie butter latte and there was no cookie butter foam. They charged me full price and when I asked why the toppings where missing they said they were out of stock. This would have been great to know when I was ordering and prior to being charged for a beverage that was incomplete.

  For being open 24 hours, going in at 1pm on a Saturday they have no donuts. Shouldn't be 24 hrs if you can't provide donuts at every hour. Only 2 workers, and they looked exhausted poor girls. Where is the owner to help out and add extra hands. I drove to the Pulaski location for better service.

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! We asked for half dozen donuts. The guy who took our order decided to charge before putting our six donuts in the box. They had nothing we asked for so we had to get whatever he had, we obviously weren’t able to say we didn’t want anything else because we had already payed. When we got home we obviously were ready to eat our donuts and the donuts were hard as a rock!!! Disgusting! So upsetting, giving the fact that he grabbed the donuts and knew how old they were and still sold. Never coming back.

  I had a very disappointing experience at this Dunkin’ location. I placed a **mobile order (#164) on 01/11/26 at 4:20 PM** for donuts. When I arrived, **more than 80% of the donuts I ordered were unavailable**. While I understand that shortages can happen, the way this was handled was completely unacceptable. The staff told me they could not cancel the order and could not refund my money** back to my account. Instead, they tried to force me to choose other products that I did not want. None of the employees seemed to know how to process a refund or properly navigate the Dunkin’ app to help resolve the issue. I was left without the items I ordered and without a refund, which is extremely frustrating. A business should never charge customers for products they cannot provide and then refuse to refund them. This was a horrible customer service experience, and I will think twice before placing another mobile order here. **Location:** 4649 S. Cicero Ave Chicago

  I understand that Dunkin isn’t always the job people wanna work or be at, but you’re there you might as well care because clearly the person working kitchen doesn’t care. I understand if you’re busy, but if you’re dead like it was!!! and a wrap comes out like this clearly you hate your job and the window cashier cares more about his conversation and saying anything to the customers what a sad of an excuse of a Dunkin
