I went here at 6:16pm on Saturday, November 22, 2025 to grab an order I had placed on the mobile app a few minutes prior, only to find that the doors were locked. Walk in hours on the app say that there are from 5:00am to 8:00pm. I tried to call the location to no avail as well as go up to the drive thru window, only to be ignored by the guy who was handling the drive thru window. This place is terrible and it needs to be shut down. I’ll never patronize this location again.

I’ve ordered my iced coffee there 3 times already and those 3 times they always messed it up, it’s like they’re rushing on making it or just don’t care to read how someone wants their coffee. After my 3rd time I finally called and mentioned how this is the 3rd time they mess my iced coffee up! I’ve worked at Dunkin before so i know its not that hard to push the button for the amount of cream and sugar someone wants along with the pumps of caramel syrup. They need to retrain their 2nd shift or something.
