However today, I ordered breakfast sandwiches for my entire family which included 3 breakfast wraps...the wraps come with bacon. I asked for the bacon on the side, but was told they can't do that. I have made this request a few times before today and it was given to me, but this time the order taker refused and said they are not allowed to do that. And of course my wraps are not discounted without the bacon so I pay for it anyway. I believe this should be an option with any sandwiches sale. I guess I won't be going back as if I pay for the bacon it should be given to me as I like ...which is on the side. RIDICULOUS POLICY AND UNCOOPERATIVE TOWARDS THE CUSTOMERS. GET OUT OF OUR COMMUNITY IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They always mix original with espresso that is not midnight. Duncan doesn’t taste the same and I believe they should stop advertising midnight Duncan if they’re not gonna sell it and that’s not just one Dunkin’ Donuts that’s every Dunkin’ Donuts that I have visited in the Chicago area. Also, the espresso with the original coffee taste horrible and the employees never tell you, they don’t have any midnight Dunkin They just passed off the espresso mix with original as if it’s midnight..why? Does Dunkin’ Donuts corporate office knows what’s going on out here with their signature coffee?
