When I arrived to pick up, I saw one employee look at my printed mobile order receipt, turn to the other employee and then one employee told me the owner told all employees that his location would not honor multiple rewards on one visit, even though I received a corporate Dunkin email saying I could redeem multiple rewards during a single visit. To make matters worse, the employee in charge faked not being able to either understand or speak in English, as the employee who did speak to me during my visit told me the owners rules and that the employee in charge didn't speak English, however he was wearing a drive-thru headset on, so he clearly did speak English. This location refused to fulfill my order, refused to honor my Dunkin reward redemption, and refused to honor Dunkin corporate rewards program rules. This location should be avoided if you have Dunkin rewards to be redeemed. Poor customer service. Avoid this location and find another Dunkin that has honest workers, a honest owner/operator and a location that follows Dunkin corporate policies.
