Also out of spoons (a bit annoying for an ice cream shop). Donuts from Dunkin were dry and old. Staff were average, didn't seem to want to be there. Wouldn't return.

When we ordered from the kiosk we received our drinks but waited a long time for a sundae before asking about it. They stated they didn't know how to make it and hadn't made anything yet (it wasn't busy at the moment, there were multiple employees present) so then we got a scoop of sorbet with a couple cherries on top instead. Which was just fine until they also mentioned they didn't have any spoons.
