My order never came after 20 minutes and I had to leave so I wouldn't be late for work. There were other people who placed online orders that had been waiting for around 20 minutes and were put in a similar predicament

I got ice cream from Baskins, it's fine. They were out of waffle bowls. Though they're on the menu it seems as if don't even make them (could be wrong). Also out of spoons (a bit annoying for an ice cream shop). Donuts from Dunkin were dry and old. Staff were average, didn't seem to want to be there. Wouldn't return.

Wouldn't recommend ordering anything besides drinks:
Displayed menu items *especially for the Baskin Robbins side* were different from the options available at the kiosk.
When we ordered from the kiosk we received our drinks but waited a long time for a sundae before asking about it. They stated they didn't know how to make it and hadn't made anything yet (it wasn't busy at the moment, there were multiple employees present) so then we got a scoop of sorbet with a couple cherries on top instead. Which was just fine until they also mentioned they didn't have any spoons.
