After checking my receipt and bank statement, it was clear that the payment was processed twice for one transaction. This issue should be taken seriously, as double-charging customers is a serious problem. I hope management addresses this and ensures it does not happen again.

You’re just making coffee, and something this simple should be done properly. This situation has completely turned me off from Dunkin’ Donuts
