I ordered on the app and went in to pick up my order, I didn’t see my name at the order counter so I went to the register and I told them I had an order for pick up. The guy working the front snapped at me and said how am I supposed to know and pointed to the pick up counter. I explained I didn’t see my order so I was wondering if it was working or if there was a wait as the app doesn’t update your order status. He again pointed to the pick up counter and was like idk, just go look! Online order pick up is over there. My order was in fact over there, I just looked over it the first time but I wasn’t rude when I walked up to the counter so the attitude I was met with was very frustrating. I also picked up my food maybe 10 minutes after I ordered it and when I picked it up, it was cold already so idk how that even happens. I never write reviews but I was honestly shocked with the attitude i was met with. I work in the service industry so I know people can be frustrating at times but I literally just asked a simple question…
