  Every time I go here there’s this cashier idk her name but she always want to rush on everything she have attitude this Dunkin donut will lose customers because of her she seem like she do morning shift I was there before 8 am. Today I told her scan my phone to get point and she gave me a dirty look so I double check my phone and she never scan it then nicely I ask her can you scan my phone and she answer with attitude ( I already did ) which she didn’t cause I didn’t get the point today. You guys need to be careful with her cause she don’t scan the app she act like she did cause she always want to be in a rush even there’s no cars behind. Her energy is so negative

  Literally the worst drive thru ever gave me a coffee where the cup had a slit in the plastic i didjnt notice until i arrived home and saw the coffee dripped all over my cup section of my truck. Now im gonna have coffee smell all over. This is the first and last time i come to this disastrous place. Pay sttention when they serve you your coffee people

  My children and I are really disappointed with everything. We went there because we wanted to try the Dubai shake. When we first walked in no one assisted us even though they saw us. We ordered our stuff only to find out that they didn’t have the ice cream to make it. The team member said that she can give us a regular shake. When I pointed out the price difference she asked a manager if she can give me back the difference. The manager said no. I asked her if she can just use a different ice and just add the Dubai shake toppings and she said yes. When we got the shake it was just a regular shake with no toppings and the chai tea was watered down. It did not taste like chai tea. I basically got scammed and the service sucked. The manager was really rude too. I will not be going to this location again.

  Since early October, I've been trying to get my hands on this tumbler. I had forgotten about this location. I so happened to be near by and simply stopped to ask. I was NOT expecting the tumbler to be available. NOT ONLY was the tumbler available, I was able to purchase the tin box as well. My WICKED heart was elated. Thank you to the staff for being so generous and kind. To say I'm excited is an understatement 💚🩷

  The young lady here just looked at me 2 times and didnt take my order came here every day this week at around 5 pm or 6pm and its almost 100 degrees they have the heat up so nobody wants to dine in. The guy that took my order used his hands to give me my munchkins and I wasn't given my receipt or my change
