    I don't understand why this Dunkin's has NOT improved after so many complaints. I order 15min advance via the app and when I got there, I still waited another 10min or more! I wish they had visible name tags. There is this older female, who almost looks like a higher up that does not finish orders. I have seen her start a drink or order, only to abandon it before finishing and starting another order, never finishing what she starts and forgets it. She has forgotten my drink many times, leaving it on the counter, done half-way. This Hispanic guy with glasses is always the one to be kind to notice me waiting a long time and finishes my drink. I swear this slow, chaotic staff members make ordering ahead pointless. Terrible service, staff members need to organize better!

    I really need to learn a lesson and stop coming to this location every single time I stop here. I feel like I spend at least five more minutes than I would have at any other location that I stopped to on my long commute to work. The last time I stopped here the coffee was disgusting like it tasted as if it had been reheated several times and been sitting there all day. But I stopped during a peak hour in the morning so the coffee should have been relatively fresh. Today I decided to stop again and regretted it immediately. There was two cars ahead of me in the Drive-Thru and I waited. I clocked it 8 minutes to get a coffee from there. I went from being on time to work to being late and I can't say that's their fault specifically. But to wait that long for a cup of coffee is ridiculous. I saw the coffee set down next to the person at the drive-thru who walked away from the window and started making an order of donuts to go and completely abandon the window for over a minute. While I was waiting there and the coffee was already done. He had me waiting on other orders now again when I arrived there was only two cars ahead of me and that was the only other car. There was no others behind me. By the time I left there was at least six other cars behind me and only I had had my order delivered in the past couple of minutes. This place is ridiculous

    I Infrequently come to this establishment almost every day I placed a order via the app and picked up the young woman at the window was nice and attentive but once I tasted the drink it was not made correctly so I came back to the window and told them I'm on the passenger side of the car the young woman is wearing a head piece so I didn't speak up and told her I had ordered the same drink In the morning with no issues I was just asking for it to be remade she said I raised my voice I apologized saying I didn't mean to sound rude and she gave me a attitude and walked away after I got my new drink I tasted it and it was fine but I decided to go back and speak with her after she gave me a attitude again I don't appreciate it I pay money for what I want and I want it done right so I went in to ask for a manager she didn't let me speak and I asked for her name and no one gave it to me after I explained I work with people and even gave them my name she walked away I wanted to lether know I come all the time I say good morning and when I get my items I say thank you I'm not a rude person I was upset yes because I ordered something wasn't made correctly and it's not the first time if she has a problem with getting feedback from a paying customer she should ask corporate to send her to a class to be able to speak with a customer I am now upset because I don't have any issues with them but now how do I know my orders won't be sabotaged they should be able to give their names and learn to her a customer out and not walk away!!
