They spilled my latte and remade my drink in the same cup, with coffee running down its side. They let my latte sit on the machine so long, while making others’ cold drinks, that the latte got cold. It also wasn’t very good - the ratio of milk to espresso was too milky. I had to ask thrice for the donut I ordered.
