He did great, telling all the peeps with no money to leave all while making food and drinks. One lady, who was clearly a public Chicago city worker, wanted free coffee, free caramel drizzle, free, free, free. Ugh. My sons sandwich was good he said. The donut, ok. The atmosphere is way less than desired. Do better Dunkin Donuts. Do better.

By the time I walked up to the register they all disappeared and not one of them would come to the register. Then a lady came out to clean windows and said I needed to use the kiosk. Well I couldn’t find the drink I wanted there so I went back to the register which now had 4 people in line. Not one employee was competent at this establishment. Gave the guy my order and he didn’t listen to anything I had said. Asked me exactly what I had already told him when I ordered about both drinks I ordered. So incompetent it was pathetic really. I certainly will not be returning to this location ever again!!!
