There was only 2 young men working, doing online orders and all the in store orders. They kept their cool and were still very nice despite some people not being very nice about the wait. They stayed impressively organized. I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind waiting. They could have used another person or two, it's crazy that there was just 2 people working. Quit understaffing your stores and over working your employees.

He did great, telling all the peeps with no money to leave all while making food and drinks. One lady, who was clearly a public Chicago city worker, wanted free coffee, free caramel drizzle, free, free, free. Ugh. My sons sandwich was good he said. The donut, ok. The atmosphere is way less than desired. Do better Dunkin Donuts. Do better.
